Guides the Internal Auditor to study departments & processes of Metro Government

Reviews Noncompetitively Negotiated Contracts (Sole Source/Professional Service), Collective Bargaining Agreements, Local Incentives, Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts

Discusses Economic Development Projects

Approves Federal & State grants improving Metro Parks

Oversight of Metro Parks

Reviews all Zoning Change Requests based upon the record of the Planning Commission & its Subcommittees.

Reviews amendments to the Land Development Code

Accepts Federal & State Grants for infrastructure investment
